Training and Advocacy

Our Organization Key Work Areas

Human Relief International primarily helps people in need, makes plans to deal with disasters, and teaches people new skills. In addition to saving food and setting up clean water and energy sources, we want to improve access to sustainable ways to make a living, build and support healthcare facilities, and train skilled and vocational workers to protect the environment. We also offer workshops on sanitation, hygiene, and basic life skills to help solve health problems in communities around the world.

Training and Advocacy

We must acknowledge the importance of education, training, and advocacy if we are to see progress and growth in developing countries so that they can meet the quality of life and improve their living standards. To reach our goal of making positive changes in developing societies, we will also train professionals and make them part of our team. In training and advocacy, we set them on a self-discovery journey through multiple tasks and tests. They may learn how to see opportunities and be open-minded social entrepreneurs. Throughout HRI’s multiple training platforms, they have been taught the skills they need to work on to find those career opportunities in their own countries and abroad. They need to use the skills they already have and take advantage of what the digital world offers.

Our preliminary studies show that most people in Asian countries, especially Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, and Indonesia, are Muslims. Promoting culture and religion and giving people personal coaching will have a more significant impact. Using artistic and spiritual channels, we can spread our message and increase the social impact of our organization more quickly. We can do this by learning about their skills and putting them to work as volunteers to inspire the rest of the people in need to join hands with HRI. With the help of the training and advocacy program, these students will be able to overcome cultural, social, and educational barriers. HRI’s training and advocacy platforms let young women and students at madrasas and colleges learn new skills, access vocational and training services, and inspire those around them. By getting them to help with HRI activities as volunteers, we also give them a chance to learn the skills they need to deal with problems and setbacks.

Since they had multiple primary skills, they were given confidence and access to a large network of people who helped them navigate a wide range of scholarship programs around the globe and eliminate obstacles to success. Our training makes them open to change, and they also want a new culture of learning and growth in which they could get help keeping up with the fast-paced, dynamic digital world. We train them to take charge of their lives and make decisions based on their skills and aptitudes. We at HRI seek ways to win in this world and the hereafter by working with our donors and collaborating with each of the communities in which we operate to the best of our abilities. Having a nonprofit purpose and vision is so important to them, and they appreciate it.
